Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive branch experience by accurately processing routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
• Welcome customers and identify their financial needs to guide them toward appropriate digital tools, self-service options, or banking professionals.
• Build customer relationships by actively listening and referring clients to bankers for detailed product conversations.
• Complete transactional and operational activities with high attention to detail while managing risk in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve routine customer questions or concerns.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (can be demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education).
• Proven experience in cash-handling.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
