Teller

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive branch experience by accurately processing routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Welcome customers and identify their financial needs to provide helpful information or digital banking tools
• Build customer relationships and refer clients to appropriate bankers for detailed product guidance
• Maintain operational accuracy and manage risk in accordance with company policies and controls
• Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (via work, training, military, or education)
• Proven experience in cash handling
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
