Teller

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and reliable branch experience by accurately processing routine service transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
• Welcome customers, understand their financial needs, and guide them toward efficient banking methods including digital tools and self-service options.
• Build customer relationships by actively listening and identifying opportunities to refer clients to appropriate bankers for detailed product guidance.
• Complete transactional and operational activities with high attention to detail while managing risk in accordance with company policies and controls.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve routine customer questions or concerns.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (can be demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education).
• Proven experience in cash handling.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

• Experience in customer-facing roles within fast-paced environments.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
