Teller

Responsibilities

• Serve members with accurate and efficient financial transactions in accordance with credit union policies.
• Protect membership integrity by verifying account ownership and maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Deepen member relationships by identifying financial needs and offering appropriate products and services.
• Provide unparalleled member experiences by taking ownership of issues and delivering on the brand promise.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all credit union products, regulatory changes, and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months of customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
• Recent experience in cash handling.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
