About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve members with accurate and efficient financial transactions in accordance with credit union policies.
- Protect membership integrity by verifying account ownership and maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Deepen member relationships by identifying financial needs and offering appropriate products and services.
- Provide unparalleled member experiences by taking ownership of issues and delivering on the brand promise.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all credit union products, regulatory changes, and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of six months of customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
- Recent experience in cash handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
