Teller

Responsibilities

• Serve members accurately and efficiently with financial direction and product offerings
• Protect membership integrity by identifying account ownership and ensuring proper access
• Perform transactional duties in accordance with credit union policies and balancing standards
• Deepen member relationships by explaining products and services that meet financial needs
• Resolve issues and problems with member accounts proactively
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all credit union products and services

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum six months of customer service experience in a retail or service environment
• Recent cash handling experience
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to lift, pull, push, or carry up to 25 pounds
