About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior financial services to both consumer and business clients
- Manage and balance cash drawers, vaults, and ATMs
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and process financial documents
- Facilitate branch audits
- Process financial transactions including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments
- Report information related to financial transactions as required
- Educate clients and new hires on financial service offerings
- Adhere to operational and compliance policies and procedures
- Cross train for a Branch Banker position
