About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver superior financial services to both consumer and business clients
  • Manage and balance cash drawers, vaults, and ATMs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and process financial documents
  • Facilitate branch audits
  • Process financial transactions including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments
  • Report information related to financial transactions as required
  • Educate clients and new hires on financial service offerings
  • Adhere to operational and compliance policies and procedures
  • Cross train for a Branch Banker position
