Teller

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service by welcoming new and existing clients to the branch
• Execute accurate teller functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and balancing cash drawers
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate complex matters as needed
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to Bankers for deeper financial conversations
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, fees, and policies to assist clients effectively
• Follow all compliance, audit, and security procedures to ensure safe and ethical business conduct
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
• Proven experience in a client service role
• Experience in cash handling
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications and calculators

Preferred Qualifications

• Notary License
