Teller

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service by welcoming clients and assisting with account transactions.
• Accurately process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing cash drawers.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Listen to client needs to uncover financial wellness opportunities and transition them to a Banker.
• Follow all compliance, audit, and security procedures to maintain branch integrity.
• Educate clients on available banking products, services, and digital access channels.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs to ensure smooth branch operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Proven experience in a client service role.
• Experience in cash handling.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications and basic calculator use.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods (5-8 hours per day).
• Ability to work on Saturdays as directed by management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Notary License.
