Teller II

Responsibilities

• Perform regular teller duties including accepting deposits and cashing checks
• Open and close individual and commercial deposit accounts
• Research and resolve customer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts
• Complete BSA reporting including CTRs and SIRs
• Manage operational duties such as vault operations, ATM settlement, and cash shipping
• Identify customer needs and make appropriate referrals to promote bank products
• Maintain customer accounts including CDs, HSAs, and IRAs
• Assist with NSF, non-post, collections, and safe deposit boxes

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 30 months of prior banking experience
• Experience in cash handling and customer contact preferred
• Knowledge of banking regulations and principles
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work flexible hours including weekends
