Teller II

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks
• Balance teller drawer at the end of each shift
• Research and resolve customer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts
• Make appropriate customer referrals to promote bank products and services
• Complete required BSA reporting such as CTRs and SIRs
• Assist with account and card maintenance tasks
• Answer phones and assist with customer service needs

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months teller experience
• Completion of required training courses or equivalent job experience
• Proficiency in basic math functions
• Ability to maintain high confidentiality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
