Teller

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and efficient customer service
• Perform accurate banking transactions, including managing cash supply, deposits, and vault cash
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client financial goals
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking opportunities
• Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure asset security
• Manage client issues and concerns effectively, escalating to management when necessary
• Maintain working knowledge of client accounts and existing bank products

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service and sales
• Experience in money handling
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
