About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital solutions
  • Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
  • Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions
  • Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs
  • Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles as needed

Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer interaction experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, or education)
  • Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Ability to pass a required language assessment
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to mobile banking technology
  • Cash handling experience
  • Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team to meet customer needs
