Teller Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions and complete operational activities while minimizing risks
• Support customer engagement by sharing digital banking solutions and making introductions to bankers
• Perform routine transactional and customer support tasks using bank procedures and products
• Interact with customers to build relationships and identify services to meet their financial needs
• Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles as needed

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer interaction experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, or education)
• Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish and English
• Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
• Must take and pass a required language assessment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and managing complex transactions across multiple systems
• Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
• Strong professionalism and ability to work effectively within a team
• Experience identifying potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
