Responsibilities

  • Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital banking solutions
  • Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established bank policies
  • Perform routine transactional and customer support tasks efficiently
  • Interact with customers to build relationships and identify services to meet their financial needs
  • Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles as needed

Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer interaction experience (or equivalent through work, military, or education)
  • Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
  • Must take and pass a required language assessment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cash handling and managing complex transactions across multiple systems
  • Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong ability to follow strict policies, procedures, and regulations
