About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital banking solutions
- Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established bank policies
- Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and identify financial needs
- Make appropriate introductions to bankers to meet customer requirements
- Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles as needed
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (via work, training, military, or education)
- Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish and English
- Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
- Must take and pass a required language assessment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cash handling and managing complex transactions across multiple systems
- Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
- Strong professionalism and integrity when interacting with customers and team members
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment to meet customer needs
- Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts to prevent loss
