Responsibilities

• Manage commercial relationships and customer care for clients
• Guarantee order taking through company tools
• Perform correct profiling of managed clients in company tools
• Provide customer assistance during purchase and post-sales phases to build brand loyalty
• Execute category mix, up-selling, and cross-selling actions
• Analyze KPIs and performance trends to prepare targeted development actions
• Manage caring, opportunities, and claims in coordination with Store functions
• Develop deep knowledge of products and service levels to provide customized proposals

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Organizational skills and autonomy
• Precision and team working abilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
