About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell B2B payment solutions to new customers via telephone
- Perform upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
- Map out customers' payment transaction needs and business requirements
- Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships
- Record sales results and customer data into internal systems
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales with proven results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Finnish and English
- A goal-oriented, motivated, and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively within a team
