About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve and exceed targets
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and performance metrics
- Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Ensure consistent achievement of conversion rates, call volumes, and revenue targets
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure adherence to scripts, processes, and compliance requirements
- Monitor call quality and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in a telesales or contact centre sales environment
- Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
