Telesales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle telesales calls to convert leads into active medical service subscriptions
• Manage chat interactions within the acquisition queue to drive conversion
• Present service options clearly and guide users toward subscription decisions
• Update CRM and databases with accurate call outcomes, user status, and key insights
• Perform consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates from leads to subscribers

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer support, or sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively
• Proficiency with CRM systems, WhatsApp, and various chat platforms
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent communication skills in Arabic (both spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in medical or healthcare-related fields (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Science)
