About the role
Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound calls to current owners to generate account upgrades and new sales
- Work with owners to enhance their vacation ownership by identifying needs and presenting affordable solutions
- Maintain a 45-day lead engagement cycle through persistent follow-up via phone, email, and text
- Cross-sell and present a full range of VI Resorts by Westgate vacation products across multiple properties
- Meet department performance standards, including 50+ daily calls and specific net volume targets
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all company policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Active Washington State Timeshare License or the ability to obtain one (employer assistance provided)
- Excellent communication, persuasive selling, and sales closing skills
- Ability to handle professional pushback and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and call center software
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ months of timeshare or sales experience
- Previous experience in telesales, call centers, or hospitality sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
