Telesales Representative

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients based on provided leads and contact lists
• Promote and sell Hajj and Umrah packages to prospective customers
• Present and explain travel products and services clearly
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to close sales
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and sales activities in the CRM system
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve telesales strategies

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle rejection positively
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• English fluency is considered a plus
