Telesales Representative

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential customers
• Effectively communicate and persuade customers about the value of our product/service
• Actively listen to the customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain resilience and composure in handling rejection
• Build rapport quickly and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Keep track and manage all sales data using our CRM software
• Assist with meeting or exceeding the overall sales targets of the company

Requirements

• Experience in telesales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Skills in identifying potential customers
• Competency in needs assessment and solution presentation
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
• Strong active listening skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales data management
• Exceptional rapport building skills
