Telesales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Set clear performance goals, monitor team metrics, and provide regular coaching and feedback
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and team achievements to senior management
• Oversee the hiring, training, and continuous development of the telesales team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in sales
• 1-2 years of experience in people management
• Proven experience in digital advertising sales
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
