About the Company

LINE MAN Wongnai is expanding into the beauty, dental, and service industry (such as massage/spa or beauty shops) under the JERA brand. We are looking for a JERA Sales Executive to coordinate with clinics and service shop owners to present and invite them to use the JERA Cloud system.

Responsibilities

• Search for and screen target customer groups (Lead Generation) based on company-defined business segments
• Contact and follow up with interested customers via online channels such as Facebook Chat, LINE Chat, and Wix website
• Call customers to schedule appointments for system demonstrations (Demo) with the sales team
• Coordinate appointment schedules between customers and the sales team smoothly
• Support documentation tasks for the sales team
• Participate in pre-work training to ensure immediate operational readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field (new graduates are welcome)
• Experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Call Center, or Customer Service
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Disciplined, punctual, and highly committed to work
