About the role
Responsibilities
- Make large volumes of outbound calls promptly following approved scripts
- Gather and document customer feedback and enter data into the system
- Inquire with clients regarding service quality, system behavior, and team engagement
- Identify and analyze customer needs and concerns to provide relevant solutions
- Comply with SOPs designed and communicated as per the audit plan
Requirements
- Graduation degree
- 1 year of experience in customer services or a call center
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
