About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers to increase sales and hit commercial targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers to grow the business
- Capture and enter customer orders accurately to ensure timely delivery of products
- Partner with field-based salespeople to manage customer administration, including pricing and quotes
- Resolve customer service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Contribute to a safe, healthy, and positive working environment
Requirements
- Confident, personable, and enjoys engaging with people via telephone
- Highly organized, motivated, and energetic
- Comfortable working with numbers and discussing pricing with customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience within a B2B trading environment
- Proven track record of delivering commercial targets
- Experience in developing and managing long-term customer relationships
