About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers to increase sales and hit commercial targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers to grow the business
  • Capture and enter customer orders accurately to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Partner with field-based salespeople to manage customer administration, including pricing and quotes
  • Resolve customer service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Contribute to a safe, healthy, and positive working environment

Requirements

  • Confident, personable, and enjoys engaging with people via telephone
  • Highly organized, motivated, and energetic
  • Comfortable working with numbers and discussing pricing with customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience within a B2B trading environment
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial targets
  • Experience in developing and managing long-term customer relationships
