Telesales Executive

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting and selling print products and services through outbound calls
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate information and timely support
• Maintain updated sales records and reports in the CRM system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized University or Institution
• 2-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
