Responsibilities
- Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone to drive revenue
- Engage customers through active listening and questioning to identify their needs
- Gather and document customer information, payment methods, and product feedback
- Stay updated on all product offerings to inform customers of new opportunities
- Meet established sales quotas and performance targets
- Provide high-quality customer service by answering inquiries and handling complaints effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in relevant computer software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
- Ability to handle rejection and work effectively under stress
- Patience and the ability to engage customers in meaningful conversation
