Responsibilities
- Handle international outbound and inbound BPO voice processes
- Engage in customer communication via voice support
- Support technical processes as required
Requirements
- Minimum 10+2 qualification
- Fluent English communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech Process roles
- Ability to work fixed night shifts (8:30 pm – 6:30 am)
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
- Previous experience in international BPO environments
