About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing learners to promote services and close deals
  • Carry out follow-up and sales calls based on assigned targets
  • Manage the full coordination cycle from prospecting to closing a deal
  • Provide outstanding end-to-end customer service to students
  • Handle frontline inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Identify student needs and offer appropriate educational solutions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)
  • Strong IT skills and ability to use information technology effectively
  • Ability to work afternoon shifts
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the education or training industry
  • Arabic language proficiency
