About the role
Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing learners to promote services and close deals
- Carry out follow-up and sales calls based on assigned targets
- Manage the full coordination cycle from prospecting to closing a deal
- Provide outstanding end-to-end customer service to students
- Handle frontline inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Identify student needs and offer appropriate educational solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)
- Strong IT skills and ability to use information technology effectively
- Ability to work afternoon shifts
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the education or training industry
- Arabic language proficiency
