About the role
Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing learners to promote educational services and close deals
- Execute follow-up sales calls based on assigned targets to drive enrollment
- Manage the full coordination cycle from initial prospecting to closing a deal
- Provide outstanding customer service by identifying student needs and offering tailored solutions
- Handle frontline inquiries via phone, chat, and email to support prospective and current students
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)
- Strong information technology skills
- Ability to work afternoon shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the education or training industry
- Arabic language proficiency
