About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing learners to promote educational services and close deals
  • Execute follow-up sales calls based on assigned targets to drive enrollment
  • Manage the full coordination cycle from initial prospecting to closing a deal
  • Provide outstanding customer service by identifying student needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Handle frontline inquiries via phone, chat, and email to support prospective and current students

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)
  • Strong information technology skills
  • Ability to work afternoon shifts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the education or training industry
  • Arabic language proficiency
