Telesales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide complete information on all EF English online courses and offer comprehensive consultations to prospective students
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead calling to closing the deal
• Penetrate non-Jakarta and non-Surabaya markets through an online approach
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the best learning experience for customers
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers
• Meet monthly sales targets set by the company

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience in B2C telesales, preferably within the service industry
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other virtual meeting platforms
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa (speaking and writing)
• Strong online presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
• A proactive learning attitude toward team development and new initiatives
