Telesales Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential individuals for the training academy's programs.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct research on potential students to understand their specific training and development requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of training programs to showcase how they address specific needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements to successfully close sales.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure programs meet or exceed student expectations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
• Provide post-sales support and handle class coordination and student queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or education.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, ideally within the training and education industry.
• Effective negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events.
• Deep understanding of training and development programs and their impact on individuals and organizations.
