Telesales Agent

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding property sales and rentals
• Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about current trends, pricing, and market conditions
• Proactively contact property owners to confirm availability and gather detailed property information
• Perform high-volume daily follow-up calls and messages (100+ per day)
• Assist clients throughout the real estate transaction process, including property search, viewings, and negotiations
• Input property documents and owner details into the company CRM system
• Create engaging weekly WhatsApp blasts to generate client inquiries
• Update real estate agents on daily inventory availability and follow up on past viewings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a real estate CRM system (e.g., Zoho)
