Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from pre-qualified data
- Utilize effective communication skills to pique interest and create awareness
- Gather information about prospect needs, budget, and decision-making processes
- Assess prospect qualification using predefined criteria
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
- Articulate key features and benefits to generate interest
Requirements
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling
- Confident communicator able to engage decision-makers quickly
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Resilient and positive mindset with ability to handle rejection
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
- Proactive and self-motivated approach

- Competitive starting salary of £30,000, increasing to £32,500 after training and £35,000 upon meeting KPIs
