About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct sales cooperation with customers in delivery and CC channels
- Regular telephone, email, and SMS contact with assigned Makro customers
- Maximizing sales and margins through dedicated solutions and development programs
- Developing customer purchasing potential and increasing Makro's share of wallet
- Implementing and training customers on ordering tools
- Monitoring sales and margin results for Makro and customers
- Providing business, assortment, commercial, and operational advice
