Telephone Sales Consultant (Retail)

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential students for training academy programs through prospecting and cold calling
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking and relationship management
• Conduct research on potential learners to understand their specific training and development requirements
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations of training programs to showcase value and address individual needs
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements to successfully close sales
• Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics
• Provide post-sales support and handle student queries and class coordination
• Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure programs meet student expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
• 1-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the training or education industry
• Strong knowledge of training and development programs
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events
