Telephone Operator

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously
• Manage guest inquiries, bookings, and service requests efficiently
• Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate call logs, messages, and internal communication records
• Provide guests with accurate information about services, facilities, and reservations
• Support front-of-house operations during busy periods

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a telephone operator or in a similar administrative/guest-service role
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
