Telemetry/RF Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the Telemetry team for the Eastern Launch & Test Range to accomplish Space Force Range Contract (SFRC) objectives.
• Guide team members in understanding company vision and work with stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of engineering activities.
• Manage work assignments to ensure qualified personnel are available to meet schedules and responsibilities.
• Support engineering efforts for the sustainment, maintenance, and operation of the LTRS.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical direction to ensure personnel are properly trained and deliver quality service.
• Monitor workflow and utilize resource management tools to identify and resolve technical or resource issues.
• Support the improvement of SFRC engineering processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math).
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a strong emphasis on RF and Telemetry.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and tight deadlines.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
