About the role
Responsibilities
- Contact a client portfolio via telephone using both inbound and outbound channels.
- Profile and prospect clients to identify financial needs, including credit cards, loans, and payroll portability.
- Provide high-quality customer service to ensure total satisfaction and build long-term value.
- Meet established sales objectives and performance targets through effective negotiation and communication.
Requirements
- Degree in economic-administrative areas.
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Contact Center (Outbound/Inbound) or as a personal banker in the financial sector.
- Proven experience in direct sales, S2S, or telephone-based prospecting and closing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
- Must have availability to relocate to Puebla.
- Strong communication skills, telephone etiquette, and a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial products and banking services.
- Familiarity with Contact Center operational indicators.
- Experience using digital banking tools and mobile applications.
