Telemarketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute telemarketing and telephone sales strategies.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the team of agents.
• Define goals, KPIs, and commission schemes.
• Monitor sales results, productivity, and call quality.
• Optimize processes, scripts, and call center operational flows.
• Implement continuous improvements in efficiency and conversion rates.
• Analyze reports, indicators, and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telemarketing, call centers, or sales.
• At least 2 years of experience in leadership or management roles.
• Proven track record of meeting commercial goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate studies in Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Management.
• Experience in call center and telesales management.
• Proficiency with KPIs, SLAs, and performance indicators.
• Experience using CRM and commercial management tools.
• Expertise in designing scripts, processes, and telemarketing campaigns.
• Strong data analysis and management reporting skills.
