Responsibilities
- Evaluate and apply strategies to meet sales KPIs for outbound, inbound, telemarketing, and web campaigns.
- Manage station inventory, user access, and licensing.
- Analyze and present results from Speech Analytics information models to support strategic projects.
- Control the execution of Post-Sales (phone, chat, email) and Sales models in compliance with COPC standards and CRT regulations.
- Implement actions to ensure business objectives are met, focusing on process efficiency, accessibility levels, and correct segmentation/campaign routing.
Requirements
- University degree in Commercial Engineering, IT, Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of predictive dialers (e.g., Interactive Intelligence, Genesys) and telecommunications systems.
- Advanced skills in database processing and tools, including SQL, Oracle, and Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate experience in project and campaign management involving at least 1,000 executives.
- Intermediate experience in Contact Center service administration and management.
- Advanced customer service skills.
