Telemarketing Agent

Responsibilities

• Call warm prospects who have expressed interest in buying property in Spain
• Build rapport, qualify interest, and understand client buying intentions
• Book a minimum of 2 online meetings per day for real estate agents
• Follow proven scripts and structured call processes
• Maintain accurate CRM records after every call
• Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude

Requirements

• Native or fluent Flemish or Dutch speaker (essential)
• Solid English communication skills
• Based near Bel-Air, Estepona (within 30-40 minutes)
• Comfortable working two weekend shifts per month
• Self-motivated and able to work toward clear daily targets

Preferred Qualifications

• French language skills
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
