Telemarketing Agent

Responsibilities

• Call warm prospects who have expressed interest in buying property in Spain
• Build rapport, qualify interest, and understand buying intentions
• Book a minimum of 2 online meetings per day for real estate agents
• Follow proven call structures and maintain accurate CRM records
• Represent the company with professionalism and energy

Requirements

• Native or fluent French speaker
• Native or near-native Dutch and Flemish speaker
• Solid English communication skills
• Based within 30-40 minutes of Bel-Air, Cancelada, Estepona
• Available to work full-time from the office (no remote/hybrid options)
• Comfortable with two weekend shifts per month

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
