Telemarketing Agent

Responsibilities

• Call warm prospects who have expressed interest in buying property in Spain
• Build rapport, qualify interest, and understand buying intentions
• Book a minimum of 2 online consultations per day for real estate agents
• Follow proven call structures and maintain accurate CRM records
• Represent the brand with professionalism and a positive attitude

Requirements

• Fluent English is essential
• Native or near-native proficiency in at least one of the following: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, Dutch, Flemish, or French
• Based within 30-40 minutes of Bel-Air, Estepona
• Strong communication skills with a warm and confident phone manner
• Ability to work rotating schedules (10:00-18:00 and 12:00-20:00) including two weekend shifts per month

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
• Multilingualism (speaking more than one of the required languages)
