Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from pre-qualified data
• Utilise communication skills to pique interest and create awareness
• Gather information about prospect needs, budget, and decision-making processes
• Assess qualification of potential customers using predefined criteria
• Conduct follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
• Articulate key features and benefits to generate interest

Requirements

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling
• Confident communicator able to engage decision-makers quickly
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Resilient and positive mindset with ability to handle rejection
• Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
• Proactive and self-motivated approach

• Competitive starting salary of £30,000, increasing to £32,500 after training and £35,000 upon meeting KPIs
