Responsibilities
- Process, qualify, and perform initial outreach to warm leads
- Coordinate and schedule appointments between potential new customers and sales closers
- Identify sales potential during initial contact to ensure smooth handovers
- Maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities through confident communication
- Manage strategic customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty
Requirements
- Highly communicative, goal-oriented, and success-driven personality
- A strong passion for sales and customer relationship management
- Ability to work onsite in a team environment (no home office available)
- Willingness to work at seminars, including weekends
- Commercial training or previous experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory
- High level of energy, stamina, and motivation to tackle challenges
