Telecommunications Central Office Lead Installer Level IV

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of installers ensuring adherence to Telco Standard TP76300
• Perform comprehensive equipment installations including AC/DC Power systems and fiber systems
• Manage and complete installation projects and resolve issues
• Interface with customers, vendors, and employees for equipment testing and integration
• Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with industry and customer standards
• Develop and review Method of Procedures, work schedules, and project completion reports
• Install and configure telecommunication equipment, data servers, and network devices
• Conduct testing and documentation of hardware and software performance
• Travel as required for installations, including potential international assignments

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of installation experience or equivalent training
• High school diploma with two years of technical school or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and laptop computer applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in tight spaces
• Willingness to travel extensively, including international travel
