Telecommunication Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform regular Quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendor products
• Reject products and materials that fail to meet Quality expectations
• Read plans, drawings, and specifications to understand product and service requirements
• Document inspection outcomes via detailed reports and performance records
• Check communication equipment and cable installation against approved drawings
• Witness testing and configuration of communication switches and servers
• Inspect structured cabling systems, telecom tower materials, and antenna installations
• Inspect termination of Fiber, RF, and Co-axial cables

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering with 4+ years of relevant inspection experience, OR a technical College Diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of international standards such as BICSI
• Working knowledge of quality system standards and methods
• Awareness of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

Preferred Qualifications

• CBT pass in PID-Communication Inspector
