Telecommunication Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, check, validate, and test telecommunication systems for major energy and infrastructure projects
• Interface and coordinate with other Project Team Specialists and Designers
• Coordinate technical activities performed by both in-house and outsourced teams
• Prepare telecommunication systems quantities for cost and erection works estimates
• Review client technical documentation and define engineering design basis and guidelines
• Prepare technical documentation for material and service requisitions and perform technical evaluations
• Optimize telecommunication system designs to ensure minimal cost and complexity while maintaining safety compliance
• Prepare functional specifications and equipment data sheets
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (F.A.T.), vendor workshops, and Site Acceptance Tests (S.A.T.)
• Provide technical and engineering support to construction and commissioning teams during site activities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering (preferable)
• 5+ years of EPC experience with expert-level telecommunication and instrumentation skills
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with 2D and 3D modelling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of bidding methodologies, standard codes, and regulations
